As the Sales Director of Snaidero USA’s Florida Retail operations, Carlos has 22 years of experience in the high-end kitchen design field. He has designed kitchens for some of the movers and shakers of South Florida as well as celebrities and other high-profile clients, while having the distinct pleasure to work alongside the most successful and talented interior designers in the country. Carlos is a well rounded expert in all aspects of kitchen design. He brings his own passion for cooking and entertaining into his design work. In his spare time, Carlos challenges himself by training for and participating to triathlon and Iron Man races.
A graduate of Roger Williams University, a renowned architectural school, Stephen has an extensive background in remodeling and construction, having worked in the carpentry, electrical and plumbing fields. He is also a licensed home improvement contractor in CT and NY. Applying his contracting knowledge to his designs allows Stephen to consult on all aspects of the project, from conception through completion, and create solutions that are aesthetically stimulating, yet practical and obtainable. Stephen’s commitment to providing personalized service ensures that his clients’ luxury lifestyle needs are met thoroughly and successfully.
Shawna Dillon is a Senior Interior Designer for Snaidero Chicago with over 11 years of experience with the Snaidero product. She is an NCIDQ Certificate holder and a Professional Member of ASID. She has a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Virginia Tech with a minor in Art History. Shawna began her career in residential interior design before turning her focus to luxury kitchen design. She first started working with Snaidero in DC before moving to Chicago. In her career, Shawna has enjoyed designing beautiful spaces throughout the East coast, the Midwest, and as far as Vietnam.
Sandra Mora earned a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Florida’s International University’s School of Architecture, and her own love for cooking led her to immediately specialize in kitchen design. After practicing as a kitchen designer in New York for three years, Sandra joined the Snaidero USA team four years ago. She has collaborated with some of the top New York architects, designers and developers on high-end residential projects in the city, in the Hamptons (working with the notable Robert Stern’s team) and around the United States. In her spare time, she enjoys travelling and listening to live music.
Lois O’Malley was born in Philadelphia, PA, but has lived in California for many years and considers Los Angeles home. She has an Associate of Arts degree in Interior Design and a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Management. She has been designing kitchens and managing the Snaidero USA Los Angeles flagship showroom for almost eleven years. She very much enjoys working in the design field, which offers the opportunity to work in a creative environment and create beautiful kitchens that add to the overall design of her clients’ home.
Lorena Polon has a BFA in Interior Design. After graduating, she got some experience working in the architectural field before joining Kitchen & Bath Works. She was first introduced to the Snaidero designs during her 10-year tenure at Feincraft Design. She officially joined Snaidero USA 9 years ago and has been working with us since then, designing for clients in New Jersey and New York. She is a two-time regional winner of the Sub Zero Wolf design contest. Her works have been published in several national and regional magazines, including Luxe Interiors and Design and Great American Kitchens.
